But what do you do if the forms have required fields? I put the sql code in 1 field and can't even execute it because the other field is blanks :(

great video but when I try and upload files from another machine I Keep getting the 553 could not create file error

I'm getting: 200 PORT command successful. Consider using PASV. But then get: 550 permission denied when attempting to upload it. This occurs at around the 27:03 mark
